Using Seesaw for Continuous Feedback

Seesaw is our online platform for ongoing assessment and feedback. This allows parents to see what their child has been doing in the classroom and what they are learning about. The main purpose of Seesaw is to allow parents and students to receive feedback on their learning.

This year, our Mid-Year Report for Prep to Grade 6 is changing. The basic structure of the report will remain the same and include assessment outcomes for each learning area and also ratings for application and engagement in learning. There will be one comment at the end of the Mid-Year Report that will include all learning areas. The Mid-Year Report is to be read in conjunction with the ongoing assessment feedback on Seesaw which will consist of: 2 English tasks and 2 Mathematics tasks as a minimum for Term 1.

As this is a new process for teachers this year, we thank you for your support and patience whilst we get it up and running smoothly.
